Standard House Cleaning Service

​Standard or regular housecleaning includes all the routine, general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, and surface cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living/family areas.
​
We recommend that your home receive this vital maintenance on a weekly basis to keep it in top condition, to protect it from deterioration, and to minimize infectious germs. 

However, if your home isn’t that “lived-in,” and can go longer between cleanings, we also offer bi-weekly and monthly standard housekeeping services.

What's included in a standard house cleaning?

Kitchen

• Dishes loaded in dishwasher and dishwasher started.
• ​​Refrigerator exterior wiped down and polished with glass cleaner.
• Stove exterior wiped down.
• All small appliances wiped down (exterior).
• Microwave wiped down inside and out.
• Sink wiped and disinfected.
• Faucets wiped and polished.
• Kitchen counters wiped and disinfected.
• Items on counters dusted or wiped down.
• Floor swept and steam-cleaned. (We don't "mop" because an old-fashioned mop just spreads dirt and germs around.)
• Trash emptied.
• High-touch surfaces disinfected with steam.

Bathroom

• Shower floor, door, and walls cleaned and rinsed.
• Tub and enclosure cleaned and rinsed.
• Counters wiped and disinfected.
• Sinks cleaned and disinfected.
• Faucets wiped and polished.
• Toilet fully cleaned and disinfected.
• Mirrors polished.
• All items on the counter, sink, and tub/shower dusted or wiped down.
• Bath mats shaken out or vacuumed.
• Floor swept and steam-cleaned. (We don't "mop" because an old-fashioned mop just spreads dirt and germs around.)
• Trash emptied.
• High-touch surfaces disinfected with steam.

Bedroom

• Bed made.
• Floor vacuumed or swept.
• Clutter tidied.
• Furniture and knickknacks dusted.
• Glass tabletops polished with glass cleaner.

• High-touch surfaces disinfected with steam.

Living/family room(s)
